What's New with Lanesborough-New Ashford Dollars for Scholars?
Our first ever Bunco Night took place in February of 2024. It was so much fun that we have made it into an annual event. You do not need to know how to play to attend as there is always a tutorial at the start of the evening with helpers circulating during the games. $25 cash to play; all of which goes towards scholarships for our kids! We usually have a raffle and/or bake sale as well as Cash Prizes!! and Door Prizes!! Food and Beverages are available to purchase. Stay tuned for the the date of next year's Bunco Night. Springtime Craft Fair: We will once again be hosting our annual, outdoor Craft Fair at the Bill Laston Memorial Park in Lanesboorugh on Saturday, June 14, 2025 (rain date: June 15). Last year's event was a huge success and lots of fun with live music throughout the day and yummy food to purchase. For students who may submit an application for a LNADS scholarship at some time in the future, volunteering at this event is a great way to earn credits! Our Holiday Craft Fair takes place in December and is always a huge success! This annual event takes place at the Lanesborough Elementary School and we sell out of vendor spaces every year. We also have the happy problem of so many folks interested in shopping without enough parking spaces! We may have outgrown this location - anyone have any ideas for a larger location?
